Liz is shopping for some red shoes something new and something bright

She says she feels a bit upside down right now and says she feels a bit uptight

She said

“It’s hard when your pent-up to just let go

That’s what I’m looking for something completely new”

She said it’s not all fun and games in this world of mine

And I’m an iceberg breaking off one piece at a time

But it’s really not that bad when I start to shine

So them blue suedes have stayed on a bit too long

And it’s time to wake up the night and shake hands with the dawn

Cause she is tired of lacing up just to be brought down

So she’s looking for her answers down in old Georgetown

She gonna spend some green green dollars on something to make her shine

She’ll pick the light up from the ground up from her feet to her mind
